About
Grant Blair grew up in Connecticut in the 1970s and 80s, where teamwork, curiosity, and creativity shaped his early years. With a father who worked as an orthodontist, a mother as a legal secretary, and a sister four years his senior, Grant learned early on the value of communication and dedication. His childhood was filled with sports, music, and leadership—playing junior-level tennis, youth basketball, little league, and drums in concert and jazz band, while also participating in the Boy Scouts. After graduating from the Loomis Chaffee School in 1990 and earning his History degree from Northwestern University, Grant continued his educational journey at North Carolina Central University, completing his Elementary Education Licensure in 2005. This foundation of learning, teaching, and teamwork set the tone for a career built around service and collaboration. Today, Grant brings that same spirit into his professional life as a customer success and education specialist, known for his organization skills, relationship building, and solution-oriented mindset. His past experience includes teaching in Bay Area schools, managing accounts at Ingram Micro, and supporting the PlayStation Network community at Sony Interactive Entertainment America. Whether he’s mentoring a team, resolving complex issues, or optimizing client experiences, Grant approaches every challenge with patience, creativity, and empathy. Outside of work, he’s an active fantasy sports organizer, enjoys movies, live music, comedy shows, and theater, and continues to engage with online communities through Meetup.com. His blend of technical expertise and human connection makes him a standout professional dedicated to helping others succeed.
